Be Neutral #3
Being Neutral is a balance between Stability and Mobility. The Cycle of Considerations is dynamic and you are constantly in flux as to what it means to Be Neutral.
To Be Neutral perfectly you would need to be able to use either arm or either leg equally well offensively or defensively or moving forward, back, to the side, up or down. |

Being Neutral is a balance between Stability and Mobility and this is in constant flux as the Cycle of Considerations is dynamic.
If I am Neutral, I should be able to use either arm, either leg, offensively or defensively; moving forward, back, side, up, down—equally well. That is when I am “exactly” Neutral. |

The major lesson in this class is: To Be Neutral is to take care of your concerns by having the proper Depth, Width and Height of your foundation to your opponent.
You must learn to operate on Larger Generalized Principles to take advantage of each specific situation. Nevertheless, you need a concrete starting Point of Reference. In this class you develop a Left and Right Neutral.
The lessons in this class are all about how to visually develop being Neutral to your opponent. |
