Be Neutral #3 Being Neutral is a balance between Stability and Mobility. The Cycle of Considerations is dynamic and you are constantly in flux as to what it means to Be Neutral. To Be Neutral perfectly you would need to be able to use either arm or either leg equally well offensively or defensively or moving forward, back, to the side, up or down.

If I am Neutral, I should be able to use either arm, either leg, offensively or defensively; moving forward, back, side, up, down—equally well. That is when I am “exactly” Neutral.
