The whole thing about the gun falling out of this guys holster is one thing.
The really interesting thing here for me is the Culture of what ensues.
The guy just picks it up and goes to the counter for food.
The other guy in the store says nothing to nobody.
The workers are walking around everywhere pretending they are looking to see what happened, but I don't think they really want to find the source of the gun shot. My God! There are 3 adult customers in the store and they never ask them if they know what happened>

It appears he was fumbling in his right jacket pocket when the gun fell out. Where is the evidence he even had a holster? More likely he was doing a pocket carry without a pocket holster...very irresponsible. A good inside the waistband or outside the waistband holster, or pocket holster with friction fabric on the outside would have prevented the accident. Grabbing a handgun and stuffing it in your pocket or inside your belt without adequate supportive tactical protection is risky for the carrier and innocent bystanders.Bryan Zarnett · 1/3/2014, 10:16:54 PM
I firmly believe that the number one rule for owning a gun is learning how to use it safely. If you are going to carry a gun, learn how to carry it safely. He was lucky no one was killed. A round in the chamber and a bad lock; or perhaps no lock. Stupid.Skip Hancock · 1/3/2014, 11:22:43 PM
Sometimes I think we should just go parading, demonstrating, protesting or something like that
to get everyone to know the Cycle of Considerations.
